Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a sales environment; experience in financial industry.
• Pass consultative selling skills certification and ongoing educational requirements as prescribed.
• Series SIE, 6, 63 and insurance licenses required.
• For external hires, the Series 65 must be obtained within 90 days of hire with up to two attempts.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a revenue-producing book of business in mass affluent segment.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail strategies to increase Preferred Program households and customer needs.
• Build deep customer relationships as trusted advisor using consultative process.
• Communicate complex financial concepts simply and clearly.
• Support sales in referrals and seminars with a focus on Preferred customers.
• Keep up-to-date with products and services offered.
