Job summary

Seal Shield LLC in Orlando is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to support a rapidly expanding customer base. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, social media and chat, gather needs, and propose solutions.

The role requires basic product knowledge, NetSuite familiarity, and a proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You will document issues, coordinate warranty shipments, and collaborate with field sales to hit territorial goals.

Qualifications

• BA or 2+ years of Customer Service or Inside Sales Experience.
• Experience with CRM tools (NetSuite preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recommend potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing needs.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email, social media and chat.
• Maintain basic product knowledge and document support issues in NetSuite.
• Solve warranty and support issues and coordinate shipments as needed.
• Identify issues requiring advanced support from Tech Support or Sales.
• Collaborate with the field sales representative to support territorial goals.
