Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Valencia, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support revenue-generating activities by assisting Sales Executives with quotes, proposals, RFQs, and related materials.

You will coordinate customer communications, maintain accurate CRM records, and help advance sales opportunities across teams. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Experience to track quotes and orders, prepare product information, and support trade shows or marketing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center.
• Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent.
• Strong English communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Executives with quotes, sample coordination, and proposal documentation.
• Support RFQs, RFPs, and related proposal materials.
• Maintain records of quotes and account activity in CRM.
• Enter orders and update documentation for sales transactions.
• Distribute catalogs and product information to customers and prospects.
• Coordinate communications between customers and internal teams.
