Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a driven Inside Salesperson in Pleasanton, CA. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers through product selection, and driving sales growth in a retail flooring environment.

You will work with estimators to develop accurate bids, manage orders, and follow up to close sales, while maintaining a clean showroom and supporting warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and guide them through the selection process.
• Check samples in and/or schedule measures using approved procedures and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with estimators to prepare accurate bids and follow up to close sales.
• Enter orders and manage inventory transfers and special orders as needed.
• Maintain open orders and quotes to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
• Keep sales area, showroom and warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse duties when required by the store.
