Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, enter, and maintain customer quotations in company systems.
• Track quotations from initial request through final disposition (won, lost, pending).
• Maintain records of customer interactions, quote revisions, and statuses.
• Monitor quote validity dates and follow up with sales reps on opportunities.
• Update customer and opportunity data in Salesforce CRM.
• Generate reports on quote activity, pipeline status, and sales metrics.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies for sales documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quote management and sales processes.
