Job summary

ProMach seeks an Inside Sales professional to join our U.S. sales team, focusing on customer-centered order processing and solution sales.

You’ll work closely with customers to capture needs, quote accurate prices, and ensure timely fulfillment across our sanitary process equipment offerings. You’ll leverage ERP, WebEx, and MS Office to manage orders, maintain documentation, and collaborate with engineers and field service teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• WebEx experience preferred.
• ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeding customer expectations through accuracy and expediency.
• Provide a consistent customer experience through knowledge of processes and product lines.
• Develop product and process knowledge through vendor and internal training.
• Oversee the entire order process, including cancellations.
• Proactively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns.
• Fill orders quickly by evaluating options to ensure items arrive when needed.
• Maintain clear documentation for consistent customer attention.
