Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support the sales team with administrative tasks, handle customer inquiries, and manage orders to ensure timely fulfillment. The role requires collaboration across engineering, operations, and shipping to maintain accurate product configurations and pricing.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or admin roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, capital equipment, or technical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and sales-related docs accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery information.
• Assist with preparation and follow-up of sales quotations and proposals.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, shipping, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor open orders and communicate delays or issues to customers and sales reps.
