Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a highly proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotes, and order placement while coordinating with internal teams to maximize revenue.

You will work with Estimators and Strategic Account Managers to support key accounts, focusing on solution-based selling and timely follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or application support in the industrial flow control sector.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
• Strong knowledge of flow control technologies and ERP/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers; respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
• Process orders and verify pricing, part numbers, lead times, and terms.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Strategic Account Managers to support key accounts.
• Expedite orders and coordinate with logistics to resolve delays.
• Maintain CRM records for accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.
