Graybar Electric Company in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop relationships with new prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers while selling Graybar products and services. You will grow customer accounts, handle inquiries promptly, and keep accurate customer records, while participating in training sessions and sales meetings.

Shift Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to negotiate and be persuasive.
• Work independently and within a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 4+ years experience preferred, 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow customer accounts.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.
