Qualifications

• Education prerequisites: associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Five+ years of customer service or order management experience in industrial B2B.
• Experience managing orders from quotation to delivery and invoicing.
• Proficient with SAP, CRM, ERP and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Support customer inquiries about quotations, orders, delivery, and invoicing.
• Prepare proposals and quotations coordinating with internal functions.
• Enter and review orders in SAP with accurate pricing and terms.
• Manage orders from receipt to shipment and invoicing, with proactive updates.
• Ensure pricing within approved frameworks and coordinate necessary approvals.
• Investigate issues and coordinate corrective actions across teams.
• Process returns and warranty transactions per procedures.
• Maintain CRM data and support regional sales and process improvements.
