Crane Co. is seeking a Sales Specialist – Proposals to support proposals, quotations and order management from Twinsburg, OH.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to produce accurate quotes for standard and configured products, then enter orders in SAP and track delivery through to invoicing. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, price governance, and proactive communication to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced industrial

Formación

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• Five years of customer service, inside sales, order management, or related B2B experience.
• Experience managing orders from quotation to delivery including pricing verification.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Excellent written and oral communication; responsive cross-functional interaction.
• Ability to identify issues, coordinate solutions, and escalate as needed.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as customer service point of contact for assigned products and accounts.
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotations coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and others.
• Enter and review orders in SAP ensuring correct configuration, pricing, and ship/ bill-to data.
• Manage orders from receipt to shipment and invoicing, with proactive status updates.
• Ensure pricing within approved frameworks and coordinate reviews for non-standard terms.
• Investigate issues and coordinate corrective actions across functions.
