Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a fulltime Inside Sales Manager to lead the contractor sales operation, align staffing to maximize sales and profits, and ensure excellent customer support. The role collaborates with Sales Manager to unify inside and outside sales efforts.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management or related field and four years of retail sales or management experience, with strong knowledge of sales processes and customer service.

• Ability to supervise inside sales team and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations of inside (contractor) sales and staffing to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provide customer support to walk-in and contractor customers and generate quotations.
• Enter orders, provide take-offs, estimates and pricing for large packages.
• Coordinate delivery, support OSR, and train junior staff.
