The position includes responding to inquiries, assisting with product selection and pricing, generating quotations, and entering orders into the system. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED plus at least three years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and solicit sales orders by phone and email.
• Provide customer support to walk-in retail or contractor customers and respond to inquiries.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and returns/exchanges.
• Determine customer requirements to recommend specific products and services.
• Generate sales quotations requiring knowledge of products and pricing.
• Engage in selling BFS products and services and provide take-offs, estimates and pricing for large packages.
• Enter orders into the computer system.
• Provide training and assistance to less experienced Inside Sales Representatives.
