You will develop quotes, manage key accounts, and collaborate with field and territory sales to grow overall business while supporting cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and a proactive approach to sales with limited quarterly travel.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering with customer-facing experience.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining, metal or materials process operation.
• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Desire to grow career and interface with customers and team members.
• Job shop or foundry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for customer parts.
• Be an account manager for customers to increase sales and answer questions.
• Collaborate with field and territory sales to grow sales (roughly 75% existing clients, 20% upsell, 5% new business).
• Manage projects through the full sales cycle.
• Coordinate with all departments to accomplish tasks.
• Limited travel, about once per quarter.
