Company – A major player in the casting and machining industry in Milwaukee seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to become an expert for a targeted market segment and drive client solutions. You will develop quotes, manage accounts, and collaborate with field and territory sales to grow revenue with existing clients and selectively pursue new business.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining, metal or materials process operation.
• Passion to grow your career and interface with customers and team members.
• Good communication, verbal and written, and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for the parts the customer wants.
• Be an account manager for your customers to increase sales and serve their needs and get them answers to their questions.
• Work with field sales and territory sales to increase sales and grow the business; 75% existing clients, 20% existing clients seeking new business, 5% new business development.
• Manage projects through the entire sales cycle and coordinate with all departments.
