Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Milwaukee seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to become an expert for key clients in the petrochemical, defense, aerospace, and industrial equipment sectors. You will develop quotes, manage accounts, and collaborate with field and territory sales to grow revenue, with travel limited to quarterly visits.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering with customer-facing experience.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining, metal or materials process.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Job shop experience is a plus.
• Foundry experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for the parts the customer wants.
• Be an account manager for your customers to increase sales and serve their needs and get them answers to their questions.
• Work with field sales and territory sales to increase sales and grow the business (75% existing, 20% upsell, 5% new business).
• Lead projects through the entire sales cycle.
• Interface with all departments and levels to accomplish tasks.
• Limited travel, once per quarter on average.
