Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing-based sales or commercial leadership.
• Strong understanding of plant operations, capacity planning, and cost structures.
• Proven leadership of inside sales, sales ops, or customer service teams.
• Experience in pricing, margin management, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with metals, forgings, machining, or heavy manufacturing.
• Experience supporting aerospace or industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with plant capacity and margin objectives.
• Lead inside sales, customer service, and sales operations teams.
• Own pricing strategy and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Forecast sales and manage demand signals feeding production planning.
• Negotiate contracts across multiple sites to maximize profit while preserving market share.
