Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Gardena, CA seeks a Senior Inside Sales Manager to lead the Quotation Team and drive revenue through accurate quotes, order fulfillment, and proactive account development.

The Sr. ISM will coach, set goals, forecast customer activity, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with export controls, safety, and SOX. Competitive compensation, quarterly bonus, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills with strong contracting understanding.
• Candidate should be organized, able to multi-task, and coordinate team efforts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with projects is a plus.
• Excellent command of English language in both written and spoken forms.
• Strong relationship builder capable of team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand technical nuances of product lines (swaged fittings, tooling).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Inside Sales Department and Quotation Team.
• Set clear goals and track performance for direct reports.
• Develop/manage/own quoting, pricing, and contracting processes.
• Handle sales administration from order entry to delivery and post-delivery activities.
• Provide accurate forecasts for customer accounts on quarterly, annual, and biannual horizons.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms and pricing with stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence and report on customers, competitors, and suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with PCC Fluid Fittings customers through various communication channels.
• Ensure compliance with export/import, DFAR, ITAR/EAR regulations and corporate governance.
