Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret business related documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with outside customers to find resolutions for inquiries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel including V-lookup and Pivot table functions.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Customer Portal Applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an account manager to an assigned set of strategic customers.
• Provides customer quotations based on internal pricing data and costs.
• Coordinates with Estimator or Inside Sales Manager for prices and data accuracy.
• Resolves shipping date issues and expedites delinquent shipments.
• Maintains professional communication with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Documents P.O. reviews and ensures order accuracy in the system.
• Coordinates with departments to ensure pricing, shipping, and delivery.
• Supports price protection and returns processing when needed.
• Maintains access to customer portals and acts as backup for other customers.
