Job summary

Precision Castparts seeks a Senior Inside Sales Manager to lead the quotation team and inside sales efforts, ensuring timely RFQs, order acknowledgment, and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes enterprise mindset, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive account development.

The candidate will set goals, manage pricing and contracting, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and production to meet customer requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Organized, able to multi-task and coordinate teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel, Word; MS Project a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of product lines (swaged fittings, standards, tooling).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Inside Sales Department and Quotation Team.
• Set clear goals and track performance for direct reports.
• Develop/manage/all aspects of quoting, pricing and contracting processes.
• Handle sales admin from order entry to delivery and collections.
• Provide accurate forecasts with account managers and sales teams.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with customers.
• Gather market intelligence and report on customers/competitors.
• Maintain relationships with PCC Fluid Fittings customers.
• Ensure compliance with export/import laws and buy American rules.
• Coordinate product development with Engineering, Quality, Production Control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
