Wheels, Inc. seeks a Strategic Initiatives Director to define and drive the company’s strategic direction.

You will partner with the VP and executive team to identify opportunities, develop roadmaps, and oversee跨-functional initiatives that align with long-term goals. The role requires a proven track record in strategy, change management, and business transformation, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategy, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or project management.
• PMP certification a plus; Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan with VP and executive team to refine long-term goals and roadmaps.
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance to achieve project goals.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder presentations with data-driven recommendations.
• Establish metrics/KPIs and perform post-implementation reviews.
