Job summary

Wheels is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruiting lifecycle, advise leaders on strategy, and continually raise the bar for talent. The role requires building strong relationships, sourcing top candidates, and guiding decisions with urgency and integrity.

The ideal candidate will move seamlessly between strategy, sourcing, and process improvement, partnering with leaders, Compensation, and People Team to deliver high-quality hires and a transparent candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
• Experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System preferred
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing strategy through candidate assessment, offer acceptance, and onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring leaders and understand their business, teams, and talent needs.
• Lead intake discussions to define candidate profiles, criteria, and timelines.
• Advise hiring managers on role design, market conditions, and compensation considerations.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Assess candidates for experience, capabilities, behaviors, and alignment.
• Lead structured interview and selection processes to promote consistency and timely decisions.
• Partner with Compensation and People Team to develop offers.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and a professional experience throughout hiring.
• Identify improvements to increase quality of hire, reduce cycle time, and accountability.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to evaluate effectiveness and risks.
• Support ATS and recruiting tools improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
