Randstad North America is seeking an Industrial Account Development Manager to grow relationships with key clients and deliver top-tier staffing solutions. You’ll connect with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and collaborate with our recruiting team to place outstanding candidates.

You’ll drive sales growth by expanding how we serve existing clients, build trusted partnerships, and proactively close new business while ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of demonstrated success in recruiting and/or sales.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Demonstrated accountability to meeting sales metrics.
• Experience using activity targets to drive results.
• Experience qualifying, managing and maintaining a database.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through client expansion by growing relationships with key clients.
