Job summary

Intertek is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead multiple technical implementation projects for new and existing clients in a remote setting. You will collaborate with support, training, sales, and account management to ensure clients can leverage product features and resources, while communicating updates and actions across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with APIs, HRIS integrations, SSO, and interface design principles.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for multiple client accounts from kickoff through go-live.
• Conduct customer-facing kickoff meetings to align goals, timelines and responsibilities.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, timelines, and competing deadlines.
• Assess rollout strategy and recommend implementation best practices.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt, professional communication.
• Configure, customize, and launch client sites based on requirements.
• Coordinate implementation activities across sales, account management, learning, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot product, hardware, software, and PC-related issues.
• Monitor progress in NetSuite, prioritize tasks, manage risks, and report blockers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation and deliver customer training.
