Intlx Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of its most complex, high-value implementations and manage strategic customer relationships. You will drive end-to-end projects, coordinate multi-site deployments, and align cross-functional teams across engineering, vendors, and customers.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, you will mentor junior PMs, help refine delivery standards, and support pre-sales with delivery feasibility input, timeline estimates,

Qualificações

• 6-10 years of project management experience in telecommunications, IT services, or related technical delivery environments

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, or multi-phase implementation projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for complex engagements with interdependencies across engineering teams, vendors, carriers, and customer workstreams.
• Identify and manage project risks, driving mitigation strategies and escalating unresolved risks with options.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through complex delivery challenges and maintain alignment on schedule and scope.
• Review and contribute to statements of work, proposals, and change orders for complex opportunities.
• Develop and refine project delivery standards, templates, and best practices.
