Job summary

Multiplier is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation to own the end-to-end delivery of customer implementations, ensuring projects are well planned and successfully go-live and handover. You will coordinate between customers and internal teams, establishing governance from day one and managing milestones, risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in payroll, HR tech or SaaS environments.
• Proven end-to-end implementation delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and handover.
• Establish governance framework: RACI, cadence, escalation paths.
