Job summary

Onit is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead client-facing software implementations from requirement gathering to go-live. You’ll configure workflows, integrations (APIs and flat-file exchanges), and data migrations while managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues, supervise testing, and ensure readiness for go-live. A developer/technical analyst background helps with hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in software implementation, consulting, or legal operations.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across time zones and with global clients.
• Technical aptitude and curiosity; comfortable digging into data, integrations, and system behavior.
• Familiarity with Postman, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Excel; data migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Configure system workflows, reporting, and integrations (APIs, flat-file finance exchanges, data migrations).
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Support client testing activities and ensure system readiness for launch.
• Provide regular status updates, documentation, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and align on deliverables.
• Accurately track project time and activities to support utilization goals and reporting.
• Support change management by helping clients prepare teams for new workflows and technology.
• Monitor utilization and budget adherence across projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, and templates.
