Slang AI is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Project Manager to own the execution and customer experience of our most complex implementations, pilots, and multi-location rollouts. You will lead as a trusted project leader for Enterprise customers, translating complexity into clear milestones.

You will coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical, and Support teams, build detailed project plans, establish governance, surface risks, and drive accountability to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, project or program management, customer success, professional services, or another customer-facing role managing complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and customer experience of complex implementations, pilots, and multi-location rollouts.
• Lead cross-functional implementation programs with customer executives, operators, and location teams.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, establish governance and communication cadences, surface risks, drive accountability.
• Ensure implementations move forward with quality and customer experience in mind.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical, and Support teams.
• Identify patterns, improve processes, and build repeatable ways of working for scale.
