Job summary

H Company is a next-generation AI research and product company actively developing autonomous, agentic AI platforms. We seek an Implementation Strategist to act as the strategic link between customers and our engineering team, pinpointing multi-step automation opportunities and guiding deployment across industries.

You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate solutions, deliver demos, and coordinate trainings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling and implementing complex IT solutions.
• Double curriculum in Business and Engineering preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English; backend programming skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s most important multi-step task to automate.
• Serve as the go-to person for the customer.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineer to integrate solutions.
• Coordinate trainings to ensure best usage of the solution.
• Build and deliver demos and present results to strategic audiences.
