Job summary

MeridianLink, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Mortgage LOS, POS, and core banking system integration implementations from kickoff to go-live and support transition.

You will act as the primary customer contact throughout the lifecycle, managing scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and cross-functional coordination with Implementation Analysts and MeridianLink resources to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software deployments.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and change management.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead major milestone meetings including kickoff, charter review, closure, and other customer-facing meetings.
• Create and maintain project plans, resource assignments, milestones, and timelines using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle with timely status updates.
• Drive customer engagement by monitoring deliverables, action items, dependencies, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate escalations with cross-functional MeridianLink resources and leadership.
• Lead and coordinate activities with Implementation Analysts and other cross-functional resources.
• Identify, evaluate, document, and communicate project risks, issues, delays, and scope concerns.
• Track and manage implementation-related cases and project administration (e.g., Salesforce).
• Provide regular project status updates and portfolio health reports to Services Program Management.
• Maintain internal PM procedures and templates and suggest process improvements.
