Job summary

Medallion is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation to lead a critical function in Customer Experience. You will manage Implementation Project Managers delivering mid-market and enterprise projects, shaping a rigorous, data-driven delivery motion and best practices to accelerate value realization.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions, and Engineering to standardize pricing, scoping, and handoffs, while driving margins and scalable growth across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading an Implementation team.
• Experience owning complex, enterprise B2B SaaS implementations end-to-end.
• Strong technical fluency across data integrations, API-based setups, and workflow configuration.
• Experience building implementation processes and operating models in a scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Project Managers.
• Define detailed project plans with milestones and timelines to ensure on-time go-lives.
• Coordinate data integrations, workflow configurations, and API-based setups across systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and align on scope.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and a data-driven cadence for delivery.
