Job summary

Imprint seeks a Senior Delivery Manager in the Solutions Engineering team to own end-to-end partner implementations, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery across the lifecycle.

You will manage multiple workstreams, drive milestones, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while guiding technical discussions and commercial conversations. A culture of ownership and curiosity about AI tools is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical delivery management, program management, or complex integration delivery.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience working with external partners or clients during technical implementations.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• High ownership mindset with ability to drive priorities and unblock teams.
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to explore their impact on delivery.
• Experience in co-branded credit card programs or card issuing/processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of new features, capabilities, and product expansions for existing partner programs.
• Translate partner goals into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives from scoping through testing, launch, and post-launch stabilization.
• Build and maintain delivery timelines and status reporting to align stakeholders on progress and priorities.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for partner stakeholders and internal teams, coordinating product, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market functions.
• Define integration scope, troubleshoot issues in real time, and guide partners through APIs and payment flows.
• Develop understanding of partner systems and e-commerce platforms to provide feedback on integration frameworks.
• Build and refine delivery processes and reporting to increase visibility and reduce cycle time.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align delivery priorities with the platform roadmap.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues with actionable solutions.
