Job summary

Agentic AI is seeking an Implementation & Delivery Solutions Engineer (Post-Sales) to own enterprise implementations from handoff to live deployment. You will work across a multi-product platform and collaborate with Sales, CSMs, and Engineering to ensure a smooth rollout.

We’re looking for 3–7 years in a customer-facing technical role, with experience handling CRM or multi-vertical SaaS implementations, API integrations, and data flows. Travel ~25% and 4–5 days in the office are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a customer-facing technical role and owned both the tech and the relationship.
• Experience running multiple configuration-heavy implementations at once, such as CRM or multi-vertical SaaS.
• The ability to scope, configure, and troubleshoot API integrations and data flows without waiting on engineering.
• A technical degree (CS, engineering, or similar).
• A track record working with Engineering, Sales, CS, and Product.
• Ownership of post-sales implementations at a SaaS startup, from discovery to go-live.
• You can explain complex things clearly to engineers and to non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Willingness to travel about 25% for on-site implementations, and to be in the office 4–5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Run each implementation end to end: scoping, configuration, testing, go-live.
• Work with Sales on handoffs, and with CSMs and Engagement Managers so the customer gets one consistent experience.
• Sit down with customers, map how they actually work, and turn that into a clear plan.
• Lead several implementations at once across product verticals.
• Get into the data and API layer: integrations, data migration, and making sure everything lands correctly.
• Go on-site with customers (about 25% travel) to build trust in person.
• Pass what you learn to Product and Engineering.
• Help build the playbooks, config templates, and onboarding frameworks the next hires will use.
• Hand finished implementations to the Product Expert SEs who handle ongoing support.
