Job summary

Galderma's Account Manager, Immunology role in Los Angeles/Burbank, CA (territory includes Pasadena and Glendale) drives portfolio sales, promotes Rx dermatology products, and executes strategic objectives with key accounts.

You will develop cross-functional account plans, collaborate with internal teams, and leverage analytics to optimize coverage, access, and reimbursement while maintaining a focus on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Five or more years outside sales experience with variable commission.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales in Dermatology or Medical Sales.
• Previous account management experience.
• Previous business-to-business sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics.
• Promote and generate demand for Rx products in a competitive market; launch new products.
• Execute integrated selling strategies with contracting and access platforms.
• Lead cross-functional account plans to drive penetration, retention, and growth.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and use analytics to anticipate needs.
