Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology in the Los Angeles/Burbank area to drive sales of prescription dermatology products and consumer brands. You will manage large accounts, develop strategic plans and coordinate with market access, reimbursement, and medical stakeholders to maximize patient access and physician engagement.

The role requires 5+ years in outside and pharmaceutical sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel regularly across the designated territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Five+ years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatology or Medical Sales required.
• Experience in B2B sales and as a generalist across portfolios.
• Strong written and spoken communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical and product information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Promote Galderma Rx dermatology products to high-value accounts.
• Lead cross-functional account planning to achieve penetration and growth.
• Collaborate with market access and field reimbursement teams.
• Analyze provider objectives to align market access and patient access.
• Engage KOLs and manage speaker bureau relationships.
• Plan and execute field-based activities compliant with standards.
• Drive demand and contribute to business unit goals.
