Job summary

Galderma Laboratories is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology to drive sales of prescription dermatology products in the Long Beach, CA region. You will manage key accounts across dermatologists, pharmacies, and provider networks, promoting Galderma’s Rx portfolio and supporting access strategies.

The role requires 5+ years of outside sales experience, including 2+ years in pharmaceutical dermatology or medical sales, and a proven ability to manage complex accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
• Five (5) or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential is required.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales required.
• Previous account management experience.
• Previous business-to-business sales experience.
• Prior experience as a Sales generalist; not limited to a specific product or portfolio.
• Strong track record of documented performance and sales outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and generate demand for Rx products in a competitive market; including launching new products.
• Lead development of cross-functional account plans to deliver penetration, retention, and growth of Galderma's portfolio for key accounts.
• Analyze account/provider objectives to ensure alignment between market/patient access and field reimbursement functions.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders; utilize analytics to anticipate needs and support solution development.
• Oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) within the area.
• Plan, organize, and execute field-based activities in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison for contacts in Galderma's commercial speaker bureau.
