Job summary

Okta in Chicago seeks a Technical Account Manager for strategic global enterprise accounts. You will guide customers through complex identity deployments, design multi-year adoption roadmaps, and act as the trusted technical advisor to identity leads and executives.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical experience in customer-facing roles (4+ with Master's).
3+ years in identity and access management (SSO/MFA/directory services).
BA/BS/MS in CS/IT or related; certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator/Consultant or CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical authority for enterprise identity leads and executives.
Design and drive multi-year technical adoption roadmaps aligned with security posture and business goals.
Partner with CSMs and Account Executives to protect footprint and identify expansion opportunities.
