Job summary

Okta seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Key Accounts to act as a trusted technical advisor across Auth0 and Okta environments, focusing on developer-centric customer identity architectures.

You will engage with customer engineers, architects, and leadership to solve identity challenges, drive PoCs, and guide API integrations, while coordinating with Success and Engineering teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related professional experience in technology roles
• 3+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Developer Advocacy
• 3+ years in customer identity, API security, or modern app development

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships with engineering leads and tech decision-makers
• Apply technical expertise in Auth0 Customer Identity and developer-first architectures
• Design scalable B2B/B2C identity architectures with business and security goals
• Prototype PoCs and conduct live technical walkthroughs
• Troubleshoot API integrations and guide cross-functional teams
