Job summary

Okta, the World's Identity Company, seeks a Strategic Accounts Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers. You will guide deployments, architect multi-year adoption roadmaps, and coordinate with CSMs and AEs to expand Okta's footprint across industries worldwide.

You’ll lead hands-on demos, PoCs, and API validations using Postman, focusing on SSO/OIDC and secure MFA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles including TAM experience
• 3+ years identity and access management (SSO, MFA, lifecycle)
• BA/BS in CS/IT; Okta Admin/Consultant or CISSP preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical authority for identity leads and executives in assigned accounts
• Design multi-year adoption roadmaps aligned with security posture and goals
• Lead hands-on demos, PoCs, and API validation using Postman
• Deliver custom technical workshops and mentor peers to grow capabilities
