Job summary

Okta is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise - Auth0 to act as a trusted technical advisor for key accounts. You will focus on customer identity architectures, API integrations, and hands-on prototyping within Auth0 and Okta environments.

You will lead technical demonstrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide enablement for customer developers and software architects. The role requires 5+ years in related roles and deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SSO

Qualifications

5+ years of related professional experience (or 4+ years with a Master’s degree) in TAM, solutions architecture, or developer advocacy.
Domain knowledge in customer identity, API security, or modern application development.
BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Build deep relationships with customer engineering leads and technical decisions makers as the primary technical advisor.
Apply expertise in Auth0 CIAM and developer-first architectures to resolve identity challenges.
Collaborate with accounts to design scalable B2B/B2C identity architectures.
