Job summary

Okta, The World’s Identity Company, seeks an experienced Technical Account Manager (Auth0) to guide customers through identity deployments, from integration to adoption. You’ll partner with executives, engineers, and product teams to shape long-term identity strategies and security posture across consumer and SaaS apps.

You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to evolve success plans, ensure value realization, and advocate for customers within Okta’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with 3+ years as a Technical Account Manager or similar in identity/security.
• Expertise in authentication/authorization protocols: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0.
• Experience with APIs, HTTP methods, and modern SaaS/PaaS cloud services.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security posture, monitoring, and cross-domain integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Identity Coach guiding customers with technical guidance and best practices.
• Learn customers’ business deeply to align identity strategies with goals.
• Build long-term relationships from developers to C-level executives.
• Conduct regular executive and practitioner meetings to review value and roadmap.
• Monitor customer health, address risks, and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate to increase customer adoption and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze trends to drive improvements in outcomes and security posture.
• Educate customers on new features and align roadmaps to enhance experience.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product direction.
