You will lead take-off, proposal pricing and selling strategy, advise on HVAC system options, assemble project teams, convert leads, and execute account plans while visiting customers to grow profitable partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience or BA/BS degree.
• 2+ years experience in solutions sales, systems, or applications.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply.
• Communication and ability to build relationships, entrepreneurial drive, ability to close, organization, and time management.
• Driver's license valid in state for 12 months with limited violations.

• Answer technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products and industry issues.
• Plan your day and visit customers.
