Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' service proven experience managing service operations and/or service dispatch / scheduling.
• Minimum of 5 years HVAC commercial industry experience with progressing responsibility.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently with strong organizational and detail skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with tact and persistence.
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience in HVAC is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day HVAC service business and drives customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Supervise service business support teams including account management and invoicing.
• Coach staff on standard methodologies and service applications to improve processes.
