Responsibilities

• Implements and evaluates area safety needs per company policies.
• Accountable for profit and loss of the work team.
• Drive revenue growth across service lines and projects.
• Maintain target service renewal rates.
• Achieve financial goals for the portfolio.
• Train and develop HVAC field technicians.
• Provide technical guidance to field staff.
• Supervise jobs and review technician work.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and branch administration.
• Meet metric goals with the team.
• Ensure parts and materials are ready for each order.
• Represent the company as a direct customer contact.
• Assist customers with questions and buying decisions.
• Prepare for onsite installations and repairs by coordinating materials.
• Collect and organize data for reports and projects.
• Identify and quote equipment repairs at customer sites.
• Read schematics and use tools for engineering specs.
• Manage manpower, tools, and vehicles efficiently.
• Review monthly service profitability and drive improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
