Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services.
• Three (3) years of experience in a management role with responsibility for productivity and development of others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the field technician team and plan monthly routes.
• Analyze team performance and recommend changes to improve profitability, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain customer satisfaction while balancing financial goals.
• Lead execution of assigned business and ensure delivery system consistency.
• Coordinate work with sales to connect installation opportunities and growth initiatives.
