Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Operations Manager to troubleshoot HVAC questions, analyze spends, and optimize repair and maintenance spend for clients. You will review quotes from providers and guide strategic cost reviews with national accounts, while offering technical support and billing assistance.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial HVAC leadership, strong communication skills, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years proven field experience in commercial HVAC.
• Minimum of 5 years as an HVAC service manager or supervisory experience.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers – including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage all repair quotes submitted by service providers.
• Conduct strategic account review meetings with clients on total cost of ownership.
• Provide technical support and assistance for customers and resolve billing problems of a technical nature.
• Assist service dispatch with technical problems and ensure regular, reliable attendance.
