Job summary

The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking a seasoned Business Operations Manager (Human Services Supervisor 2) to lead branch operations, align with ODHS goals, and manage cross-functional teams across programs.

In this role you will partner with community stakeholders, supervise staff including the Engagement Specialist and Eligibility roles, and ensure timely, equitable service delivery across self-sufficiency programs.

Qualifications

• Four Years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience.
• One year of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and perform administrative functions to carry out objectives and goals of the department, and to implement the department's vision using local community resources and department staff and programs.
• Develop and create services with the community to meet the needs of families and individuals unique to the community.
• Manage daily branch operations including supervision of staff and cross-functional teams, ensuring programs align with policies and meet goals.
• Collaborate with management partners to design, implement, evaluate and modify programs and services dictated by federal, state and local governments.
• Promote integrity, stewardship, respect, service equity, innovation and professionalism in all actions and interactions.
