Job summary

The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking a Business Operations Manager (Human Services Supervisor 2) to lead branch operations, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of services to families and communities.

You will shape local programs, collaborate with community partners, and model equity, integrity and professional service while guiding staff to meet department goals and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience.
• One year of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and perform administrative functions to carry out objectives and goals of the department.
• Manage the branch office and supervise staff including specialists.
• Direct cross-functional teams and partner with community to meet program goals.
• Design, implement and evaluate programs and services as legislated by government.
