Job summary
The Oregon Department of Human Services seeks an Operations Manager (Human Services Supervisor 2) to oversee the daily functions of the Florence-area branch. You will lead a team including Business Operation Specialist, Engagement Specialist, Benefit and Eligibility Specialist and Community Partnership Coordinator, ensuring program success and compliance.
You will evaluate performance, supervise staff, and guide strategic priorities while coordinating with district leadership to meet service
Qualifications
- Four years of lead work, supervision, or related experience.
- One year of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- As Operations Manager, participate in management of Self Sufficiency programs and budget planning.
- Evaluate program delivery outcomes and develop new services as needed.
- Monitor local office effectiveness in policy implementation.
- Provide direction to staff to achieve performance measures and targets.
- Set clear expectations, hold staff accountable, and foster accountability.
- Support staff through feedback, monitoring, and training.
