Qualifications

• Four years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the management of Self Sufficiency programs, development of program rules and policies, long- and short-range goals and plans, and program evaluation and budget preparation.
• Evaluate and review performance in program delivery and outcomes, including daily administration of department programs.
• Monitor and analyze local office effectiveness in policy implementation and application.
• Provide direction to local office staff to achieve and maintain performance measures.
